Novelist by day and a dreamer by night. When in observation mode Rochelle is quiet, however, friends and family know her mouth is usually open with an encouraging glass-is-half-full pun or, quite possibly, my foot.
Born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio, she developed a love of nature and art. Most of her life she’s had “epic dreams”. These are dreams where she sees through another’s perspective. In 2008, when her youngest started kindergarten, she decided to get the epic dreams out of her head. Choosing one of the oldest dreams, she set out on a mission. But hurricane Ike blew through Ohio and she lost power for nine days. The delay did not quell the desire to write and she preceded to: The End.
She is a member of RWA. Haunted Memories, a contemporary romance, and 2010 Nanowrimo novel, won a contest from Ellechor Publishing House. Against the Laws, a 2012 Nanowrimo novel, was a finalist in the Romance Writers of America Chicago-North’s 2016 Fire & Ice Contest. It took third place in the romantic suspense category.
In 2015, She became a Municipal Liaison for Nanowrimo’s Dayton Region. She has the joy and honor of encouraging and equipping other writers.
